We carefully package every order, but sometimes things can happen along the way. If your art arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. Simply send us photos of the damage to hello@olivebranchfarmhouse.com. and we’ll get right to work... no hoops to jump through.
Each piece is custom printed and made to order, which means it's crafted especially for your home. Because of that, we’re unable to accept exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged, but we do accept returns within 30 days on a case by case basis.
Personalized and seasonal items cannot be returned.

How long does shipping take?
Each piece is made to order just for you, with a typical production time of 5-7 business days before shipping. During peak holiday seasons, production may take a bit longer, so we always recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
All orders are proudly made and shipped right here in the USA.
*Please note:* Our canvas signs ship separately from other items and may arrive at a different time. But don’t worry — everything is on its way
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if your artwork arrived damaged — we know how disappointing that can be. If your canvas was harmed in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Here’s all you need to do:
- Snap a few clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
- Email them to us at hello@olivebranchfarmhouse.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll get a replacement started for you right away — no need to ship anything back.
As a made-to-order small business, we can’t offer returns or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage, but we promise to handle every issue with care and kindness.
Can I Make Adjustments to My Order?
Once your order has been placed, we're unable to add or remove items. If you’d like something else, we kindly ask that you place a new order.
Because every piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations or exchanges.

What Are Your Signs Made Of?
Our signs feature a smooth artist-grade canvas surface stretched over a durable yet lightweight wooden frame, sourced from renewable forests. Each piece is designed in-house and finished with a faux-aged frame for that heirloom feel you love.
Are Your Designs Permanent or Vinyl?
We NEVER use vinyl. All of our art is printed directly onto the canvas surface using non-toxic latex inks. The print is permanent, smooth to the touch, and may feature a vintage, aged, or crackled appearance — that's part of the charm!
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the **continental U.S.** — but we hope to expand in the future!
