Custom and personalized orders

 We love doing custom orders! All orders will be personalized exactly the way you request. Please make sure your text is correct, as we only print what you enter.  At this time we do not process refunds for custom orders, as we are unable to resell them. For more information please click here.

 Shipping 

 All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your purchase. We cannot be responsible for wrong addresses that are provided to us. Please make sure to check your address and update it as needed. 

Problems with an order

We appreciate your business, and will do whatever we can to make everything right. If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, please contact us before leaving a review or filing a claim. We will be happy to work with you. 

 Cancellations

Due to the volume of business we receive, orders can only be canceled or changed within one hour of purchase.
