Refund policy

Every order is carefully packaged, but sometimes things can happen along the way. If your art arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. Simply send us photos of the damage to hello@olivebranchfarmhouse.com. and we’ll get right to work — no hoops to jump through.

Each piece is custom printed and made to order, which means it's crafted especially for your home. Because of that, we’re unable to accept  exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged, but we do accept returns within 30 days on a case by case basis.

Personalized items cannot be returned.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
