What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if your artwork arrived damaged — we know how disappointing that can be. If your canvas was harmed in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Here’s all you need to do:
- Snap a few clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
- Email them to us at hello@olivebranchfarmhouse.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll get a replacement started for you right away — no need to ship anything back.
As a made-to-order small business, we can’t offer returns or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage, but we promise to handle every issue with care and kindness.
How long will it take to get my order?
Each piece is made to order just for you, with a typical production time of 3–5 business days before shipping. During peak holiday seasons, production may take a bit longer — so we always recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
All orders are proudly made and shipped right here in the USA.
What if my order is wrong?
Oh no — we’re so sorry if your order isn’t quite right! Whatever it is, we want to make it right.
