Orders ship from the USA in 7 to 10 business days. 

Purchasing expedited shipping does not shorten production time, it only speeds up the shipping time. 

Order Deadline for Christmas delivery with Standard shipping

is December 7.

Due to the busy holiday season, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to your order. 

Shipping Information

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products.

All orders are shipped from the USA via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size of the item. If you purchase multiple items you may receive them in multiple packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

Since each item is made to order especially for you, you can expect an average of 5-7 business days in production before the item is shipped. Production time is 7-10 business days during the Christmas season, so make sure to order early.

At this time, we only ship to the USA.

Return Policy

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it taken care of.

You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. Our canvas signs may be pricey to return, so please measure your space carefully before you purchase.

There are a few items that can’t be returned: 

Clearance Items

Gift cards

Personalized or Custom items

Holiday-Specific Decor ie., Christmas, Easter, etc.

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

We will provide you with an RA number and the address to return your item to. Items returned without an RA number will not be refunded.

Refund Options 

The original payment method will be refunded.

Extended Holiday Return Policy 

For all gift items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 31.
