All order are shipped from the USA either USPS or UPS depending on the product. Since each item is made to order especially for you, you can expect an average of 5 business days in production. Production may be slower during the Christmas season, so make sure to order early.

You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
Personalized or Custom items
Holiday-Specific Decor ie., Christmas, Easter, etc.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

We will provide you with an RA number and the address to return your item to.
The original payment method will be refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

All holiday-specific signs are non-returnable unless there is an error or the items arrive damaged.
